WFC Optimus Prime

Well here's a review for War for Cybertron: Optimus Prime. He's a great figure and he is from the game that is soon to hit consoles next week. From the videos I've seen, the game is going to be bad ass just like the figure. Click to see more.



Here we have prime in his battle truck mode. It's an armored vehicle that can take a pretty decent amount of hits and has cool neon lights. It's almost like Tron, which isn't a bad thing.

Now onto transformation into his bot mode. The box says it is a level 4 out of 5 rank for transformation. That means it's pretty darn complicated and I have to say it is quite complex. Not a confusing sort of way, but you just have to work at it to transform it. I admit, I like how you have to go through a series of steps to transform. Most transformers at the deluxe level are quite straightforward and easy to transform. I kind of enjoy this.

Also it has led piping for eyes so you can shine light through and have his eyes glow. It works decent enough to get the job done. Now we end with a cool pose:

In the end, WFC Optimus is a great figure and fun to transform. I would definitely recommend anyone who loves transformers to go get one. At the moment, you can get it from Amazon as that is where I got the set. I don't believe it's out in stores yet.
